Health & Hot Dogs: A Community Wellness Day Recap

This past Saturday, we hosted our first-ever Community Wellness Day, and wow — what a turnout! 💥 From free health screenings to grilled hot dogs, it was everything we hoped for (and more). We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up and made it an event to remember.

Free Screenings All Morning

Our clinical team provided blood pressure checks, glucose screenings, and medication reviews for over 100 people. Several attendees mentioned it was the first time they’d had a health check in months — which is exactly why we created this event in the first place.

Community, Food, and Fun

In classic Phil’s style, we couldn’t do a wellness event without good food. Our friends from Joe’s BBQ Shack brought their A-game with grilled hot dogs and veggie kabobs, and Smoothie Squad handed out antioxidant-packed smoothies (crowd favorite: the Mango Immunity Boost).

Kids enjoyed the DIY pill-packing station (with candy, don’t worry), while parents entered to win one of our Wellness Gift Baskets, stocked with vitamins, supplements, and a Phil’s Famous tote bag.

Product Demos & Local Vendors

We also featured in-store demos from some of our favorite wellness partners:

• Thorne Supplements – with exclusive discounts just for attendees.

• RxHearing – offering free hearing tests on-site.

• Local Massage Therapist – giving 10-minute chair massages (fully booked by noon!).
